SAN BERNARDINO, CA— California Government Code section 68511.7 requires each trial court to provide public notice of its proposed budget plan and an opportunity for public comment before adopting its baseline budget plan for the fiscal year. Written comments may be sent to Budget@sb-court.org. The proposed budget plan will be made available to the public at least three days prior to adoption.

(1) $9.7 million fund balance includes Statutorily Restricted Funds, Reserves for Encumbrances, and other items excluded from Fund Balance Cap per GC 77203.

Base Allocation: 147.5

All Other: 62.9

Revenue Total: 210.4

(2)$210.4 million includes one-time and ongoing funding from statewide allocations, Court Appointed Dependency Counsel Funding, Pretrial Services, SB170 Funding, Funds Held on Behalf, and Employee Benefits Cost Funding.

Services & Supplies: 64.4
