eAppeals

For Family Law documents not eligible for eFiling use FileSubmit. For more information on submitting Non-Appeal documents please refer to How Can I File.

Important Considerations

Editable/fillable PDF forms must be converted to non-editable format (see eAppeals Instructions).

Credit card payments cannot be made using Internet Explorer on Windows 7 or older.

The eAppeals portal will accept up to 15 documents and one case per submission.

Filing cut off time is 11:59:59 when filed electronically pursuant to CCP § 1010.6(e)(3) any document received electronically by the court via eAppeals between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. on a court day is deemed filed on that court day. Any document that is received electronically on a non-court day shall be deemed filed on the next court day.
