Ability to Pay Tool
The MyCitations online tool allows court users to answer a series of simple questions, make a plea, and submit a request to the court for a possible reduction in the amount owed based on their financial situation. Users can also request a payment plan, more time to pay, or community service. This new option saves both time and resources and allows court users to make a request without the need to appear in court.
NOTE: You cannot request traffic school using the online Ability to Pay (ATP) tool.
