Basic Information
- Jury Summons: Bring your jury postcard summons when you report.
- Updates: Use the Juror Portal to provide your phone number or email address for updates about your reporting schedule (standard text messaging fees may apply). Your contact information will not be shared or forwarded to anyone.
- Check Reporting Status: After 5:00 p.m. the day before your appearance date, call or check the Juror Portal to see if you need to report for jury service. A recorded message will provide your reporting or call-in schedule.

Note: If you cannot reach the court by phone and have not been excused, you must appear at the location listed on your summons.

Parking Information

Dress Code
- Wear business or business-casual clothing (jeans are allowed).
- Do not wear shorts, tank tops, crop tops, or go barefoot.
- Inappropriate clothing may result in being sent home to change or asked to return on another day.
Weapons Screening
- All visitors must pass through an airport-style screening device.
- Bags, briefcases, and other items will be x-rayed.
- Prohibited items include scissors, nail clippers, and knitting needles. A full list is available here.
- Confiscated items will not be returned.
Cell Phone Policy
- Cell phones with cameras are allowed but cannot be used to photograph, record, or broadcast without prior court approval.
- Violations may lead to confiscation, a contempt of court citation, or monetary penalties under California Rules of Court, Rule 1.150.
Wireless Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available for jurors at all court locations.
Proof of Attendance
- Jurors reporting to the courthouse can request a verification slip for each day of service.
- Verification slips are stamped with the service date.
- Electronic verification slips are available here.
- Jurors are responsible for providing proof of attendance to their employers.
