What is a CEQA Case?
A CEQA case is any case where someone files a petition or complaint that includes claims under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), found in the California Public Resources Code §21000 and related sections.

Important Note: On the first page of every document in a CEQA case, you must include a note directly below the case number stating that the case is filed under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This is required by San Bernardino County Superior Court Local Rule 800.
