Tentative Rulings

A judicial officer may provide tentative rulings on law and motion matters after 3:00 p.m. on the court day before the scheduled hearing, in accordance with California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1308(a)(2) and Local Rule 561.
If you experience difficulty accessing the tentative rulings online below, you may obtain the tentative rulings by calling the assigned Administrative Assistant at the phone numbers listed below between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.:

• For departments S17, S22, S33, S37 – (909) 708-8756

To access a tentative ruling, locate the date of the hearing under the Date column and the corresponding Civil department under the Division column. Then, click the PDF listed under the File Name column to open the tentative ruling below. The court case number will be reflected in the PDF document once opened.
