Suspension of Jury Pilot Program AB1981
SAN BERNARDINO, CA ─ Effective May 19, 2025, the AB1981 pilot program that provided increased compensation to jurors will be discontinued. As a result, juror pay will return to the standard rate of $15 per day. Jurors who are currently serving or who have completed a paid day of service on or before May 16, 2025 will continue to receive the $100 a day until the end of their service.
