SBSC Welcomes New Judge Nicole Quintana Winter
SAN BERNARDINO, CA— On August 18, 2023, Governor Gavin Newsom announced the appointment of Nicole Quintana Winter to serve as a Judge in San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC).
The court will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27-28, 2025, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
