SBSC ANNOUNCES COMMUNITY & JUSTICE ACADEMY

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — The San Bernardino Superior Court is proud to announce the inaugural Community & Justice Academy. This program is a six‑week educational series specifically designed to strengthen public understanding of the court system, including, judicial processes, and civic responsibilities. Through guided presentations, facilitated dialogue, and direct engagement with Judicial Officers and subject‑matter experts, participants gain practical knowledge of court functions and public resources.
The Spring 2026 cohort will convene Thursdays from April 23 through May 28, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the San Bernardino Justice Center. Participation is limited to 24 attendees, and applications close April 5, 2026. Interested community members and leaders are invited to complete a brief application during the open application window. Input from selected participants will help shape the content to ensure it reflects community interests and goals.
