SAN BERNARDINO, CA—The San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) announces the release of its 2025 Annual Report.
The report highlights a year of innovation and expanded access to justice across the nation's largest county. In 2025, the court launched Justice in Motion, California's first mobile courtroom, advanced its Digital Transformation Project by digitizing more than 27 million records, and expanded remote services, including over 63,000 remote traffic arraignments.
The court also continued to grow its workforce and services, supporting a county of more than 2.2 million residents across 12 court locations and delivering over 80,000 self-help interactions to court users.
"This report reflects the dedication, professionalism, and service of our judicial officers and court staff, as well as the meaningful progress achieved under the leadership of Past Presiding Judge Lisa M. Rogan," said Presiding Judge Rod Cortez. "It stands as a reflection of the collective commitment of this court to improving access to justice and serving our community with integrity and dedication."
"Behind every initiative, service improvement, and milestone in this report are the individuals who continue to move this court forward," said Court Executive Officer Anabel Z. Romero. "Their commitment to public service, innovation, and collaboration is what makes this work possible and continues to shape a stronger court for our community."
