San Bernardino Superior Court Implements Mandatory eFiling for Civil Cases
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Effective September 2, 2025, the San Bernardino Superior Court will require electronic filing (eFiling) for all documents submitted by attorneys in civil case types.
Self-represented litigants are exempt from the mandatory eFiling and electronic service requirements but are encouraged to participate voluntarily.
