San Bernardino Superior Court Hosts Shelter Court At 2025 Veterans Stand Down Event

SAN BERNARDINO, CA—San Bernardino Superior Court is proud to announce its collaboration in the upcoming Veterans Stand Down & Shelter Court event, taking place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Rialto City Park, located at 130 San Bernardino Ave., Rialto, CA. Opening ceremonies will begin at 9:30 a.m.
This impactful event, hosted by multiple San Bernardino County agencies, will bring together a coalition of county departments, legal services, and community organizations to provide essential resources and support to veterans, their dependents, and the broader San Bernardino County community. Collaborating agencies include the San Bernardino County Probation Department, San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office, Veterans Affairs, the City of Rialto, and the Rialto Police Department.
The Shelter Court component of the event offers eligible individuals the opportunity to resolve outstanding legal matters in a compassionate and accessible setting, thereby helping to remove barriers to housing, employment, and stability. Judge Ingrid Uhler and Commissioner Carrie Halgrimson will be holding hearings during the event.
