San Bernardino Court To Implement Remote Traffic Arraignment Calendar – Phase II

SAN BERNARDINO, CA — As part of the California Courts' ongoing commitment to expanding access to justice, the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, will launch the final phase of its Remote Traffic Calendar on May 26, 2026. This phase is intended to further optimize courtroom space and judicial resources, improve operational efficiency through technology, and enhance the overall court experience for litigants, in alignment with the court’s Strategic Plan.
This final phase expands the Remote Traffic Calendar to include traffic arraignment hearings from the Victorville District.
What This Means for You
Eligible court users may attend their traffic arraignment hearings remotely using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection. This option is designed to increase convenience and accessibility while reducing the need for in-person appearances.
How to Participate
To request a remote hearing:
Visit or call the Fontana or Barstow Courthouse to submit your request.

Once your request is received, the clerk's office will provide detailed instructions on how to join your hearing via Zoom.
Important: Participation in the Remote Traffic Calendar is not automatic. You must submit a request to appear remotely.
This program allows eligible participants to resolve traffic arraignment matters without traveling to the courthouse, saving time and improving access to court services.
