San Bernardino County Grand Jury Receives Excellence in Reporting Award
SAN BERNARDINO, CA ─ The California Grand Jurors’ Association awarded the 2023 Best Grand Jury Report Award to the 2019-20 San Bernardino County Grand Jury for its Early Release Report titled “City of Upland Investigation.” In the report, the 2019-20 Grand Jury provided the findings of their investigation which resulted in sixteen corrective recommendations for the City of Upland. Previous 2019-20 Grand Jury member John Bradley attended the conference and accepted the award on behalf of the San Bernardino County Grand Jury.
