Revised Fee Schedule Effective January 1, 2024
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Pursuant to Senate Bill (SB) 71, the fee schedule for San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) is updated effective January 1, 2024 to reflect changes as follows:
- Change in jurisdictional limit for Small Claims Filings
- Change in jurisdictional limit for Limited Civil Filings
