Modified Guidelines for Electronic Filing
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) has adopted modified guidelines for the submission of electronic filings in alignment with provisions set forth in Government Code §6159 and the Trial Court Financial Policies and Procedures sections 10.02 and 13.01. These provisions ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations that safeguard sensitive and financial information:
- Effective January 1, 2025, the Court will rescind Local Rule 320, eliminating public fax filings, including those that contain credit card information. All credit card payments of this type must be made either in person, by US Postal Mail, or by phone as prescribed by the type of filing being submitted.
