Family Law Clerk’s Office Relocating To Historic Courthouse Annex Effective November 9, 2026

SAN BERNARDINO, CA— San Bernardino Superior Court announces that effective Monday, November 9, 2026, the Family Law Clerk’s Office will begin serving the public from the second floor of the San Bernardino Historic Courthouse Annex.

New Family Law Clerk’s Office Location:

San Bernardino Historic Courthouse Annex

The relocation applies only to the Family Law Clerk’s Office. Family Law courtrooms and scheduled court proceedings will remain in their current locations. Court users appearing for scheduled hearings should continue to report to the courtroom location indicated on their court documents or hearing notices.

Beginning November 9, individuals seeking in-person services from the Family Law Clerk’s Office should visit the new location on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse Annex.
