SAN BERNARDINO, CA — ATTENTION: Various online court systems will undergo a scheduled upgrade from September 27th at 8:00 AM to September 29th at 6:00 PM. During this time, the following systems will be unavailable:
Court Access Portal (CAP)
Traffic Interactive Response (IVR)
