Court to Implement AB1981 Jury Pilot Program to Enhance Juror Compensation and Participation
SAN BERNARDINO, CA— San Bernardino is one of seven courts participating in a pilot program that raises juror compensation from $15 to $100 per day.
Beginning September 3, 2024, residents called into jury service in San Bernardino County will receive $100 per day, starting on the second day of service—up from the current amount of $15. In addition, the juror mileage reimbursement rate will increase from $0.34 to $0.67 per mile roundtrip.
