San Bernardino Superior Court is excited to announce that Kristine Eisler has been selected to fill the new full-time Commissioner position at the Needles Courthouse. See the October 4, 2023 Press Release.

Superior Court Commissioners hear matters including, but not limited to, family law, probate (limited filings), small claims, unlawful detainers (eviction), domestic violence, civil harassment, and traffic matters. Commissioners must be active members in good standing with the State Bar of California, and be admitted to practice law in California for at least ten years.

RESOURCE CENTER/SELF-HELP
Self-Help services will be available onsite on the first Friday of each month in the Needles District, and will also be available remotely five days a week. For more information, visit the Self-Help webpage. When Self-Help staff are onsite in Needles, they can be located in the Courtroom building across from the Clerk’s Office, outside of Department N1.
