Online Conservatorship Orientation

Conservatorship Orientation

All members of the public interested in conservatorships are welcome to view the Court’s online conservatorship orientation class.

Each proposed, non-professional conservator must complete a conservator orientation class prior to the hearing on the petition for their appointment as conservator. The class provides orientation information about the duties and responsibilities of Conservator of the person, estate, and person and estate.

  • Persons who have filed a petition to become a conservator of the person, estate, or person and estate in the San Bernardino County Superior Court may fulfill the mandatory orientation class requirement by completing the class online or in person.*

*Please note that you will not be able to ask or submit questions if you take the class online; however, a Frequently Asked Questions link is available.

If you take the online conservatorship orientation class, please make sure you bring the certificate of completion to your next hearing as proof you completed the course.
