Appeals documents may be filed electronically via eAppeals.
FileSubmit is no longer available for Civil and Child Support cases. It remains available for Family Law, Small Claims, and Landlord Tenant cases.
Important Considerations
Editable/fillable PDF forms must be converted to non-editable format (see FileSubmit Instructions).
Credit card payments cannot be made using Internet Explorer on Windows 7 or older.
The FileSubmit portal will accept up to 15 documents and one case per submission.
Filing cut off time is 11:59:59 when filed electronically pursuant to CCP § 1010.6(e)(3) any document received electronically by the court via FileSubmit between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. on a court day is deemed filed on that court day. Any document that is received electronically on a non-court day shall be deemed filed on the next court day.
