Cell Phone Policy

Cell Phone Policy

You can bring cell phones with cameras into the courthouse, but you cannot use them to take photos, record, or broadcast anything without getting approval from the court first.

If you use a cell phone to take photos, record, or broadcast without court approval, your phone may be taken away. You could also get a contempt of court citation or be ordered to pay a fine, as allowed by the law under California Rules of Court, Rule 1.150, and local court rules.
