Small Claims eFiling

Small Claims Writs of Execution can now be submitted through eFile.

The Small Claims Division offers voluntary electronic filing (eFiling) for both attorneys and individuals representing themselves. The implementation schedule for Small Claim eFiling is as follows:

• Voluntary eFiling began on May 8, 2023.
• The date for Mandatory eFiling is yet to be decided.
