San Bernardino Court To Implement Remote Traffic Arraignment Calendar – Phase I

SAN BERNARDINO COURT TO IMPLEMENT REMOTE TRAFFIC ARRAIGNMENT CALENDAR – PHASE I
SAN BERNARDINO, CA— As part of the California Courts’ ongoing commitment to expanding access to justice, the San Bernardino Superior Court will launch a Remote Traffic Calendar starting September 29, 2025. Phase I is designed to optimize courtroom space and judicial resources, enhance efficiency through the use of technology, and improve the overall experience for litigants, while ensuring alignment with the Court’s Strategic Plan.
This new initiative will allow Traffic Arraignment Hearings to be conducted remotely via Zoom upon request.
What This Means for You
Eligible court users will be able to attend their traffic arraignment hearings from anywhere using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection. This remote option is designed to make attending court more convenient and accessible.
How to Participate
To request a remote hearing:
Visit or call the Fontana Courthouse to submit your request. (Address: 17780 Arrow Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335; Phone: (909) 350-9322)
Once your request is received, the Clerk’s Office will provide detailed instructions on how to join your hearing via Zoom.
Important: You must request to participate in the Remote Traffic Calendar. Hearings will not be automatically scheduled remotely.
This new model eliminates the need to appear in person for your traffic arraignment, saving you time and travel.
